SUMMARY NOTES 

• Consider the possibility that we are actually highly intelligent, vast beings of light, in higher dimensions, who are having a temporary experience being in this human form (eg: a "video game" experience).

• We are spending time in this human form to learn more about love, and to learn to be fearless. To learn to choose love without fear.
  

• Notice if this idea rings true to you. That this life is a training on how to hold love no matter what.

• If this premise is true, then how are you doing in this video game? How are you notching up your score?

• When someone passes over, our souls pass up through many layers of dimensions, and meet up with mentors and teachers who help us review our training within the "video game". This is so that we gain the key lessons, from  the arc of our life.

• And so we may like to consider: What is our human existence for? Who are we really? 

• While we are alive, spirit healer beings can rewire the subtle electromagnetic waveforms of light that emanate from us. These waveforms are our sublte energy body that holds our thoughts and emotions.  

• Over 28 years as an energy healer, Alicia has watched the worlds of spirit rewire these waveforms of light. This is their expertise. They are ancient scientists of waves of light.

• **When these waves of light in this force field around us are re-wired - our thinking changes, and our emotions change. 

• Your thoughts and emotions can be seen as energy waveforms on an EEG monitor. And - these light waves create an attractor field which attracts realities to you. This is how the video game works.

• **So tending to the happiness quotient that is sitting in the force field of your thoughts and emotions is important. Like the Law of Attraction, it creates an attractor field that brings higher, more positive realities to you. This is a quantum dynamic of how energy works.

• It could be fun for you to recognize that you are a vast being of light, and there is an opportunity in this lifetime to learn to how to LOVE powerfully, steadily and fearlessly. Because that is the benefit of 'the video game' here. Remember that it will end at some point - so we may as well win on the scoreboard.

• At the end of our life when we're sitting with our spirit teachers and reviewing our life, what is our scoreboard going to show? Did we get the gold nuggets, did we learn to love fearlessly? 

  ....That's what I'd love to pass on to you today
